As an IT Business Partner you will play a pivotal role in creating, establishing & maintaining strategic relationships between IT and the Keyloop business. You will be responsible for building credibility, trust and true partnership to support business growth and enhance the customer experience. This role requires an understanding of SaaS business models, with a particular focus on business wide transformation as well as functional transformation.

In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation phase and ensure customers are properly onboarded and the Plaid solution is successfully implemented and launched, which is crucial for customer success as the integration often forms the foundation of their platform. Members of the Implementation team are expected to manage multiple implementations / customers and partners simultaneously, and to stay up to date on Plaid’s technology and new product offerings.

As an HRchitect Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients with the implementation and support of WorkForce Software. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills along with a solid understanding of the solution.
