A Principal Technical Consultant provides expert guidance and support in technical matters to clients and must possess a deep understanding of best-in-breed network and network security technologies with extensive experience in implementing and managing complex technical solutions. This role leads delivery engagements and cross-functional technical teams on customer programs or projects and is responsible for the development of high-quality polished project deliverables.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science and 2 or more years of related experience, as well as fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. We are looking for individuals who can successfully diagnose the entire technology stack, from the front end to the back end, to determine where to start troubleshooting an issue.

Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Systems Operations and Administration Team, including troubleshooting complex system issues and providing support to the Tier 2 support teams as needed. This role performs required systems maintenance such as monthly patching, vulnerability remediation and system updates. Supports and administers virtual and bare metal servers, Windows Servers, VMWare Virtualization, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure products.
