This is a tech generalist position at a well-funded startup at the heart of the AI revolution in Legal Tech. You’ll have broad scope and opportunity to impact key components of the business as it scales, focusing on privacy, data security, and tech transactions. This role reports to the General Counsel.

As a Paralegal, you will play an important role on Headlights legal team. You will provide assistance to the Chief Legal Officer on a variety of legal matters. This is a part-time role and is expected to be approximately 10-20 hours per week. The role will be either remote or hybrid.

In this role, you will support legal and compliance functions across Valon’s growing mortgage lending and servicing businesses, navigating the legal and regulatory landscape as Valon scales its loan portfolio.
