Independently Licensed Telehealth Therapist needed to work with Seven Starling’s clinical team to consistently deliver high quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate is a behavioral health professional with experience in maternal mental health. This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity.

As a Care Navigator, you’ll be doing the important, meaningful work of managing crises, providing in-the-moment telephone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues, ensuring client safety, and connecting clients to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities. This position does not involve providing in-person services or therapy but instead focuses on supporting clients in connecting to care, exclusively by phone and email.

The Group Facilitator provides therapeutic treatment, with an emphasis on evidence-based drug and alcohol treatment methods by facilitating scheduled groups and documenting the sessions in our EMR. You will maintain all applicable licenses and certification requirements. The role is 100% remote work, leading 3-4 psychoeducational groups per day based off of our curriculum library. An essential aspect of virtual IOP is patient engagement and modifying the group to meet the needs of the clients.

The supervisor will assist the Clinical Director in managing and developing clinical staff, facilitate weekly group treatment, maintain a caseload, and communicate with clients, staff, families, and referents. Responsibilities include crisis management, relationship development, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population. Document concurrently and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using TimelyCare's electronic health record. Communicate cross functionally with other teams/departments in order to support care continuation as needed, adhering to established standards for documentation quality and code of ethics.
