Reporting to Experian Health, the Manager β Payer Operations will lead a team of EDI Analysts responsible for optimizing connectivity monitoring and ensuring operational excellence across electronic transaction workflows. The Central Ops Support Executive is expected to remotely support the daily operations of sellers, including daily metrics monitoring, triggering on-field support to sellers and audits, stakeholder management, within and outside of the company, rolling out of new processes, and running central control centres.
