This role is part of the ARI (Availability, Rates, Inventory) team within Supply, responsible for maintaining inventory and ensuring customers have access to the best rates. You'll own intake on the ARI support board, triage tasks accurately, and complete them within SLA, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and delivering a best in class service to internal and external customers.
Drive Operational Strategy by designing and leading cross-functional operational strategies for efficiency and member outcomes. Lead Complex Problem Solving, tackle ambiguous challenges, and influence decision-making. Take full ownership of team deliverables, mentor team members, and ensure departmental alignment. Own departmental headcount planning, driving cost optimization and engage with stakeholders to shape strategic initiatives.
