The Sr. Partner Manager will be the primary person looking after software and technology vendors that have embedded, or desire to embed, their solutions into the PointClickCare platform sold to Skilled Nursing Facilities and Senior Living Facilities. The Sr. Partner Manager will support Senior Leaders to identify and drive partnership opportunities from ideation to deal close. This role will also work closely with Marketing and Go-To-Market teams to support Product launches and growth initiatives.

This is a newly created role with high visibility and direct access to the Chief Business Officer and CEO, you’ll lead efforts to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive revenue, diversify the client base, and expand the market presence. You’ll own the full partnership lifecycle—sourcing, negotiating, and scaling relationships with key players across the software, cloud, VC, systems integrator, and tech consulting ecosystems.
