Drive the direction of our products and services by collaborating closely with Customer Service Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, Data Science team, QA and other Product Managers. The Product Manager will play an integral role in building the product vision with our customer’s needs in mind. This role will have critical responsibilities in defining, managing and shipping high quality new products and features with industry best user experience.

The role involves optimizing resources, leading cross-functional execution, and defining success criteria.

A key player for the Teccweb team, where you'll enable and guide both internal and external teams with business process discussions, solution designs, and project planning and execution. Responsible for the user experience and development of products in spot trading. Create and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs and product documentation such PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications. Manage cross-functional and cross-department communication and coordination to ensure product quality and progress, and completion of product milestones.

Take ownership of production for text-based RPG product line, managing the daily operations and delivery of engaging, high-quality live games. Partner with a Product Owner to ensure regular content, feature, and event updates that excite players and sustain long-term engagement. Drive LiveOps Strategy, define and monitor KPIs, and oversee live events. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver smooth, high-quality releases.
