As a Product Manager, you will be a key contributor and leader driving our product strategy and execution and gain a deep understanding of our learners, their user journeys, and pain points to make product investment recommendations. The Project Manager will manage internal and external resources to deliver professional service engagements successfully and with quality outcomes. They work closely with the internal and external stakeholders to understand the business requirements of the customer. Leveraging a team of Services Delivery staff and customer stakeholders, they drive the implementation of software solutions.

The Project Manager will act as the primary client liaison to lead multiple customer facing EHR implementation projects simultaneously. You will manage customer implementations in a Professional Services environment, and have a proven track record for successfully attaining project objectives. Up to 25% travel to client sites will be required in Great Lakes region.

Lead high-value, technically complex projects within the energy sector, driving critical projects from conception to completion, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer outcomes. Influence both strategic decision-making and the continuous improvement of project management practices.

The Project Manager completes tasks in accordance with all strategic initiatives and objectives and provides class-leading software implementation consulting, focused on all managing aspects of EMR and/or RCM project life cycles for our enterprise client base. This role will work closely with various teams to manage processes to meet and exceed client’s expectations.
