We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage the execution of different cross-functional projects by defining the strategy and understanding the business contexts, needs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent project management, proactiveness, team leadership and communication skills, as it involves being the point of contact for both internal stakeholders and clients, managing their expectations and hold the team accountable on dates and milestones. The position potentially involves working with US clients in PST or stakeholders in India.

You will collaborate with project managers, teams, and stakeholders to establish realistic deadlines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor project progress against baseline schedules, proactively identifying risks, delays, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.

As a Senior Product Manager at Aiwyn, you will design and refine portal workflows, enhance client collaboration, track portal performance, ensure compliance and security, build seamless integrations, and develop scalable portal features. You will also conduct industry research, analyze the competitive landscape, collaborate on the product roadmap, partner with product designers, manage requirements, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

The Senior Product Manager owns the end-to-end development of Lightcast’s next-generation Enterprise experiences, enabling data backed key decision making for enterprise business leaders. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data team, internal experts, and product marketing to deliver 0-1 products that help CHROs, Heads of People Analytics, and Strategy leaders use external labor-market and people-analytics data to drive evidence-based workforce planning, talent acquisition, and people-strategy decisions.

As a Product Manager, Digital Solutions, you will identify and specify product initiatives, partnering with engineering for the full product development lifecycle. You'll be the product expert, deeply understanding users and their engagement with the systems. You will also care deeply about product quality, play a key role in software training and delivery, and monitor operational impact.
