Prelim is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join the Implementation Team to lead new projects and complete projects on time and within budget; and play a key role in helping customers to go live and driving customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction by providing expert guidance, training, and support.

Partnering closely with Research, Design, Engineering, and Marketing, you'll help define and drive our product roadmap across our mobile apps and website. Deeply understand user segments and needs, and work with the cross-functional team to ideate, design, create, test, launch and manage products.

Serve as the agile scrum master of teams, manage, prioritize, and execute objectives through Jira tickets and cross-functional communication. Run refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. Communicate technical constraints, maintain project status, and provide updates to stakeholders. Should have experience managing engineering teams, preferably in the educational technology market.

Participate in creating product strategies for existing or new products based on market trends, sales metrics, customer feedback, and market changes. You will be involved in the full development cycle, improve existing products, analyze the market and competitors, work with feedback, and coordinate with external contractors.

As the senior product manager for our Requester Experience products, your goal is to create best-in-class experiences for requesting health information from Datavant’s provider network. You’ll work to ensure fast, secure, and compliant exchange of health information between thousands of provider groups and government, insurance, legal, RCM partners, and other third-party requesters.
