As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the development of user documentation related to access, governance, and the use of Design System components across Marketing. This involves close collaboration with the Design System PM to understand the component roadmap and define/deliver a plan for supporting documentation.

Serve as a strategic partner within our Professional Services team. This role is about bringing structure, clarity, and courage to complex customer engagements. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Delivery Architects, Professional Services teammates, Sales, Product Management, and Partner Alliances to help customers articulate their priorities, align on outcomes, and build delivery approaches that unlock momentum.

As the Technical Product Manager, you will have oversight for client satisfaction and delivery within your team(s), and build confidence with clients and product teams re: our ability to deliver exceptional products. You will obsess over the business outcomes your client is seeking to achieve, and align your team to achieve those outcomes. Accountable for governance in your teams, escalating to the Product Development Director for support.
