We're seeking a Senior Product Manager on the Data team to lead our efforts in developing AI/ Machine Learning products. As the Senior PM for Data, you’ll guide the work of Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers and AI Engineers through the next critical stages of AI development at Zapier. You’ll partner with engineering, product and insights teams to define and execute the strategy that helps Zapier leverage AI and Machine Learning.

Own the end-to-end delivery of Web3 technical projects, from requirements gathering, planning, execution tracking, to final launch and acceptance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, QA) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Use your development background to communicate effectively with engineers, ensuring requirements are clear and feasible.

As the Senior Technical Product Manager for Query, you will lead the Ditto Query Language (DQL) roadmap and the core query processing capabilities that power data access across Ditto's distributed edge platform. You will define the 'what' and 'why' behind our query capabilities while coordinating closely with other Product Managers and Engineering Managers.

You will collaborate with customers, customer success, sales, and the product team to comprehend requirements and shape our product strategy. As part of Individual Disability Insurance, you will lead a cross-functional project team in a matrixed environment, influence decisions, and engage with leaders to ensure optimal business value delivery. You will develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, resource forecasts, training, and communication plans for business initiatives. You will also manage vendor relationships for project and budget management and monitor the project's progress.

As the Senior Product Manager for Core Platform, you own outcomes across everything the Core team touches. You will lead discovery with customers and internal stakeholders, shape the roadmap, and ship improvements and new capabilities end-to-end. Your focus is on unlocking new use-cases, simplifying integrations, and increasing adoption, working closely with Engineering to scope, sequence, and deliver.

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will oversee cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity, focusing on enterprise system implementations and enhancements and manage full project lifecycles, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with business goals.

Plan, coordinate and manage small, medium and large projects, while coordinating with customers and other agencies to deliver solutions. Provide strong leadership skills to engage multidiscipline work teams and ensure projects are delivered on-time, on budget, and within scope. Create project management plans, manage budgets, and maintain financial plans, providing regular communications and updates.
