This role is for Nebius AI R&D and is focused on applied research and the development of AI-heavy products, such as Nebius AI Studio. As a Senior Software Engineer with Machine Learning background, you will design and develop infrastructure that powers our research, maximize system performance, and build web services to showcase and operationalize our research.

As a core contributor to our Examsoft Insights team, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing the data processing and reporting systems that power our analytics platform. Design and implement scalable data pipelines for processing and transforming large volumes of exam data using Java, AWS Lambda, SQS, EventBridge and other AWS technologies. Develop and optimize data storage and retrieval systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

As a Team Lead - Engineering at TrustYou, you will be part of our international Engineering team and be located either in Germany, Spain or Romania, responsible for the overall performance and delivery of the team, career, and people development, and visibility and communication with stakeholders, working closely with the VP of Engineering on developing, managing, and empowering up to 8 engineers.

We are looking for intellectually curious, highly motivated individuals to join us for a 12-16 week remote internship during Fall 2025, where your code and ideas will define future engineering initiatives. Interns work in cross-functional multidisciplinary teams enabling you to directly impact the direction of our platform by building new features, implementing growth strategies, and building systems at scale.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be working on improving our Cloud Management Platform product and implementing new features in DoiT Flexsave and DoiT Insights. You'll be collaborating with product managers and developers from other teams, and also participate in product-making decisions.

As a senior software engineer on the team, you will own projects from start to finish, both greenfield and brownfield. You will gain first-hand understanding of what Datadog developers need, and inform our roadmap. Invent simpler, faster, more reliable, and more efficient build, test, and packaging tools. Treat CI like SREs treat prod, making sure our pipelines are green and fast. Prepare, run, and finish complex migrations.

This role requires at least 4 years of backend engineering experience and experience with Go or another backend language. The position involves building functional features used by many users, working with databases like Postgres and Redis, and developing SDKs/public APIs. Solid engineering experience and motivation to learn is more relevant than prior experience with the language, with roles open from entry level to director/principal.

In this role, you'll lead a cross-functional, agile team delivering key features like user authentication, multi-factor authentication, account recovery, and Passkey functionalities. You'll take ownership of development and delivery, set clear goals, provide feedback, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality outcomes. The role involves navigating technical challenges, supporting the team through shifting priorities, and staying aligned with customer needs.
