The TechLine Analyst provides IT support to NBCU employees and partners, resolving issues at first contact. This role requires a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction targets are met. Analysts should be self-starters, excited about technology, and able to resolve complex technical issues.

• Architect and automate cloud infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, ARM, Helm, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and implement GitOps workflows using GitHub or Azure DevOps.
• Enforce cybersecurity best practices, compliance, and disaster recovery strategies.
