As the Senior Enterprise Architect, you will serve as an overlay to Account Executives (AEs) and Solutions Engineers and Architects (SEs) across both Communications and Segment BUs to help drive GTM org’s multi-year, multiproduct transformation to One Twilio Platform. You will play a critical role in authoring and supporting the highest profile customer conversations around the architectural blueprint for both new and existing solutions to help customers go through the multiproduct transformation.

The Director of Engineering for AI and Data Technology will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for Omada’s AI and data platforms, driving innovation and operational excellence across analytics, data science, and machine learning initiatives. This role focuses on enabling a high-performing team to deliver scalable, efficient, and impactful technology solutions.
