The Support Software Engineer role is an integral part of our growing engineering team. They will provide Tier 3 technical support, responding to and resolving escalated technical issues from customers for Salesforce and web solutions. This role determines and resolves root causes of customer issues and collaborates as liaison between front line Support, Engineering, Product, and other internal teams.

As the Software Engineer, Simulation you will support the engineering effort to enhance and integrate the existing Simulation ecosystem into Cavnue’s platform and data pipelines. You will develop key new capabilities to enable ML, testing and HW workflows and use-cases that drive system analysis, feature development and capability exploration. You will also support the architecture and build of integration components to facilitate Cavnue and partner simulation development efforts.

The Senior Design Engineer is a key member of the Experience Design and Research (XDR) team at Aledade, supporting our Design Systems & Infrastructure group. As a Senior Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in accelerating the product development work of Aledade’s design and engineering teams via contributions to our design system.
