We are seeking a Senior AI Software Developer to join our dynamic team to play a key role in building out the AI program from the ground up. You will evaluate and build prototypes/solution frameworks for business requirements, new product features/enhancements, and improvements by leveraging AI within the broader technology organization.

Develop and refine ML pipelines for agent behaviors using prompting, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, and reinforcement learning techniques. Prototype and experiment with novel agent reasoning, multi-step planning, and tool usage for complex, data-heavy domains. Build data pipelines and evaluation frameworks that support rapid iteration and deployment of new agent capabilities.

In this role as Principal Machine Learning Engineer, you will define and drive the architectural vision for large-scale, foundational machine learning models and applications that power care personalization, treatment intelligence, and automation at scale. This impact will be driven by architecting resilient, scalable, and extensible ML platforms that accelerate product development, unlock intelligent care delivery, and influence long-term ML strategy and engineering practices across teams.

We are seeking an AI Software Architect/Developer to join our dynamic team to play a key role in building out the AI initiatives program from the ground up. You will be part of a focused team with the mission to evaluate and build prototypes/solution frameworks for various business requirements. These range from new product features/enhancements, engineering team excellence assisted by AI and other improvements by leveraging AI.

As a founding member of our newly forming team, you will grow and shape the team as we adeptly traverse this complicated digital landscape of generative AI. You will help build our AI platform using MongoDB and Nest.js; you’ll be coding (writing, reviewing, testing, deploying) because hands-on development is at the heart of what we do. You’ll also help define our AI best practices and governance frameworks to ensure our AI usage is both effective and ethical.
