The ML Ranking Platform team builds and runs services that coordinate contextualized and personalized ranking on Reddit. As a Software Engineer you will build robust, scalable, reliable and performant ranking systems, working with product and Machine Learning experts to advance Reddit’s efforts to bring community and belonging to everyone.

The Senior/Staff Software Engineer will lead the technical planning, implementation, and delivery of key features within the Models product—our central hub for experiment tracking and visualization. In this role, you'll work closely with product managers, designers, platform engineers, and fellow engineers to scale the performance & reliability of the application while meeting the growing demands of ML teams.

Develop and maintain core framework and key software components for the Kraken trading engine. Build and design solutions that mitigate risk, implement security, and protect both systems and data. Improve site performance by designing and implementing low-latency and high-availability applications.
