We're seeking a VP of Engineering to lead and expand our engineering team while maturing our engineering practices for the company's next growth phase. This role involves strategic direction, execution, and performance of the engineering organization, ensuring scalable, reliable, and secure technology delivery that aligns with the product vision and business objectives.

Develop, drive and execute a long term vision and strategy for Security, Privacy and Corporate Engineering products and infrastructure. Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for team members. Coordinate across product and engineering teams to understand and socialize Reddit’s core service priorities.
