As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and modernizing our existing legacy technology stack while driving our transition to a modern, API-driven architecture leveraging our Platform services. You will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance applications, contributing to both frontend and backend development while ensuring seamless integration with cloud platforms (Azure & AWS).

Automate treasury workflows including balance tracking, fund movements, settlements, and notifications. Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and auditability of financial data, with a strong focus on security, compliance, and performance. Write clean, testable Rust and TypeScript/Node.js or Pytnon code.

Design and implement scalable backend services that integrate with banking APIs, payment processors, blockchain networks, and internal financial systems. Build and maintain intuitive frontend interfaces using React and React Native for both internal tools and customer-facing experiences related to financial operations. The role involves developing reusable libraries, APIs, and tooling that streamline interactions between systems, platforms, and stakeholders, and monitoring production systems for reliability and performance.

Build React/TypeScript UIs and integrate them with REST/GraphQL APIs for Realm's production, safety, and security platform. Develop Node.js services with PostgreSQL, write tests, and conduct code reviews. Deeply understand the product and users—translate real-world operational challenges into intuitive, high-impact features. Deploy technology at interesting industrial sites like underground mines.
