The Solution Consultant collaborates with customers and internal teams to deliver engaging stories and custom-built demonstrations to highlight solutions that align with customer needs, helping drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Partner with sales team and prospective customers on how Zoo can best address their use cases and technical requirements. You will be responsible for proactively pushing deals forward by overcoming technical objections and positioning Zoo solutions that align with customer objectives. Ensure a successful transition to the post-sale stage of the customer lifecycle, and partner with customer teams and internal teams to drive adoption of new products by existing customers.
