As a staff product designer on Payroll Services, wrangle technical and regulatory complexity into guided experiences for new and experienced employers. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance their processes through a service design approach and improve the internal tools they use to help customers set up and maintain their tax accounts. Lead the entire product development process from setting the long-term vision to strategic planning.

This role focuses on enhancing the Veteran Transition Experience, ensuring that transitioning service members and recently separated Veterans can easily access the benefits and services they need. The UX Designer will work closely with human-centered design experts and government stakeholders to create intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly digital experiences for Veterans and their families.
