As a Principal Customer Success Engineer, you will play a critical hands-on role in ensuring the success of our strategic customers, enabling them to unlock the full value of our systems and services. You will lead deep technical engagements across a portfolio of high-value accounts, guiding onboarding, integration, performance optimization, and production scaling and be the go-to technical partner for customer engineering teams.
Drive new business in the mid-market segment, building strong, trusted relationships to map Doppel’s products to customer problems. Qualify opportunities and close deals with discipline, creativity, and integrity, and provide feedback to improve our product and sales strategies.
This role is all about managing and expanding existing customer relationships, ensuring renewals, driving revenue growth, and identifying upsell opportunities. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success and SDR teams to maximize account retention and uncover new growth potential.
