This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote and contribute to the global employment space as a Payroll Specialist Lead within our Global Payroll Operations Team. You will act as a subject matter expert, manage stakeholder relationships, process end-to-end payroll, ensure data integrity, focus on KPIs and SLAs, implement process improvements, and mentor payroll specialists.

Primary focus on billing for 3rd party customers, generate invoices in SAP, and manage invoice distribution to customers' accounts payable systems. Process account adjustments, credit memos, and customer refunds as needed. Collections of all Accounts Receivable, tracking of A/R Aging – partner with internal departments and customers. Serve as point of contact for all customers for set-up, payment inquiries.
