As a Health Navigator, you will play a key role in our virtual day-to-day operations of our national virtual primary care practice. You will work closely with a close-knit clinical and operations team, contributing to a meaningful workplace and clinical experience supporting patients and providers within our advanced virtual primary care practice. This role combines administrative coordination, patient communication, and light clinical navigation, ensuring patients receive seamless, timely, and high-quality care.

Support the central Clinical Development team managing daily operations, priorities, and execution across clinical teams. Work cross-functionally with Clinical Research, AI, Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and Growth to ensure alignment on clinical-related initiatives across all verticals of care. This position covers the western United States and requires 50-70% travel, including weekends; as a remote role, the ideal candidate will reside within the western or central United States. The Patient and Community Liaison engages with the Spinal Muscular Atrophy community at live events, delivering education about SMA, Gene Therapy, and branded education, using approved materials and building relationships with local advocacy chapter leads.
