The Analyst, Claims Extract ensures efforts are in alignment with the Claim Adjudication Operations (CAO) team to leverage technology and process improvement for the purpose of meeting business needs. This role is responsible for the ongoing management of client claims extract processes and will function as the lead resource for assigned clients.
Deliver expert business analysis and consulting services for both client engagements and internal development initiatives, leading and supporting projects that encompass the full scope of fundraising software systems. Drive business process improvements, configure and customize systems, develop reports and data visualizations, manage user acceptance testing, provide end-user training, oversee deployment, and deliver post-launch support.
Leads efforts for low and moderate-complex projects and low-complexity programs. Supports the effort for highly complex projects and all levels of programs. Formulates and defines business process and systems scope and objectives for programs and projects through research and fact-finding activities. Recommends and applies process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles. Provides expertise to business analysis framework improvement programs.
