Leads efforts for low and moderate-complex projects and low-complexity programs and supports highly complex projects. Formulates and defines business process and systems scope and objectives for programs and projects. Recommends and applies process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles, identifying best practices, documenting performance measurements, and identifying technology solutions to streamline processes.

The Analyst, Rebate Operations is responsible for analyzing, understanding, and implementing PBM to pharmaceutical manufacturer or GPO rebate submission and reconciliation processes. This individual will work closely with the Manager of Rebate Operations to assure complete accurate and timely claim data submissions to Prime Therapeutics. In addition, the Analyst will assure rebate submission standards are met, rebate payments are reconciled and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.

This role involves managing assigned categories efficiently and strategically, with the flexibility to work in-house with the customer or remotely based on the customer's preference. Responsibilities include planogram management, data analysis, and database maintenance.

As a Plan & Benefits Configuration Specialist III, you will focus on understanding, translating, and configuring medical and dental plan designs into the core claims platform to ensure accurate processing of claims. You will maximize effectiveness of the core claims platform by continuously evaluating current processes and business needs along with system capabilities. You will create logic sets, based on code mapping, with an emphasis on accuracy and proficiency.
