This role will work directly with the CEO to shape the company’s long-term strategy, drive marketing initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen partnerships that foster organizational growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning and execution, coupled with skills in operational management and stakeholder engagement.

Assist the Partnership Manager in account servicing, lead identification, and commercial negotiations. Support onboarding, relationship management, and internal collaboration. Suggest process improvements and maintain strong relationships with partners.

Drive growth and expand presence in the blockchain and digital assets space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, partnerships, and market expansion, with a passion for cryptocurrency and Web3 technologies. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the blockchain, DeFi, and digital assets ecosystem.

Source, conduct due diligence and execute high-value strategic partnerships with consumer facing blockchain projects that are considering developing on Arbitrum technology. Define and lead new consumer growth initiatives within the partnerships team to expand the reach of Arbitrum. Study and stay up to date with all new consumer crypto trends.
