Serve as a strategic partner to customers, guiding them through adoption, success planning, and continuous value realization. Collaborate closely with Technical Account Managers and internal teams to ensure that every customer achieves success with Keboola. Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer value and help design and implement scalable processes within the Customer Success organization.
