Lead the strategy, systems, and execution that power our field marketing programs. This role is responsible for building the operational foundation that enables the Field Marketing team to deliver exceptional, measurable experiences—from flagship conferences to regional activations—that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen customer engagement.

Lead planning and execution for events — collaborating with internal teams across institutional, VIP, listings, regional growth, product, policy, comms, and more as the Events Lead. Scale an events organization capable of managing strategy, execution, and measurement end-to-end and manage total program budget, allocate investment by tier, and develop clear ROI frameworks that tie every dollar to business impact.

As an active player in the APAC Integrated Marketing team, you will interact with key business leaders and marketing teams across the globe to drive campaign strategies across the customer’s lifecycle. You will play a key role in analyzing our target segments & territories for opportunity and targeting buying groups & personas within the segments and APAC regions. You’ll be responsible for driving the CRM & industry Solutions Marketing program strategy, influencing and collaborating with regional field marketing teams to activate and deliver business goals.

The Associate Director, Events Marketing will lead the development and execution of best-in-class marketing programs to drive attendance, viewership, and brand awareness for Axios Live. Responsibilities include: Planning and executing marketing campaigns to generate RSVPs and viewership and increase awareness and interest in our event offerings. Leveraging paid and organic channels such as email, house ads, social media, and content marketing.
