Seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to support global expansion efforts, with a primary focus on hiring for technical roles. This is a Full-time, fixed-term contract for 6 months, remote work arrangement; candidates can be located anywhere within APAC time zones, with contract extension possible but not guaranteed.
As a recruiter, you will shape recruitment plans supporting business objectives, working closely with stakeholders. You will take ownership of roles, partnering with hiring managers, and prioritizing quality candidates. You will come up with ideas to improve hiring funnels, drive results and work with data for companies with different sizes, industries, locations and employer brand value.
