Lead and scale the global benefits function through a period of high growth and strategic transformation. You’ll be responsible for overseeing benefits strategy, vendor partnerships, and day-to-day operations across multiple countries, with a focus on maintaining competitive, cost-effective offerings. You will also manage a small but mighty global benefits team, providing guidance, mentorship, and operational support.
