  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound applications, screening resumes for sales and customer care roles.
  • Efficiently move qualified candidates through the applicant tracking system (ATS), assigning them to a recruiter.
  • Ensure all candidate data is clean and accurate, managing tags and stages within the ATS.

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of the current Dynamics 365 HR implementation
  • Assess system configuration across core HR areas including: Personnel management, Leave and absence, Compensation and benefits and Performance management
  • Provide recommendations on system optimisation, process improvements and configuration changes
