• Utilize language capabilities to expand the supply of Portuguese/Spanish-speaking experts in Brazil and LATAM, but also globally.

Responsible for creating and implementing a Custom Recruitment plan on allocated Qualitative and Quantitative projects. Executing the related Custom Recruitment tasks, ensuring their successful delivery within budget and timelines. Liaising with other stakeholders of projects to increase number of internal completes delivered and ensure panel growth.
