As a Senior Manager, Support Engineering, you will be part of a global team that delivers outstanding technical support. You will lead a team of Solutions Support Engineers, providing world class support on Wiz products and solutions. Customer facing engineers resolve complex technical issues from platform connectivity across customer cloud infrastructure, real-time visibility and monitoring. You will develop subject matter experts and help enable them to solve complex technical escalations.

Provide high-quality support to enterprise customers, being their advocate in collaborating with our Sr. Support Engineers team to drive issues to resolution. Work closely with client stakeholders to triage and troubleshoot technical issues. Evaluate implementation results and deploy solution components.
