The System Support Analyst I plays a critical role in delivering exceptional technical support and issue resolution for Intelerad's enterprise medical imaging solutions, requiring diagnosing complex system issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring optimal performance for healthcare clients.

Join our skilled team as an Oracle Database Application and Support Analyst, supporting software solutions for 100+ esteemed customers, including prominent names in the Public Sector. This unique opportunity involves working with a mix of on-premises, private, and public cloud-based systems. Apply software updates, and perform technology upgrades. Conduct installations of new software, and troubleshoot related issues efficiently.

Support IT infrastructure, engineering systems, and operational applications ensuring reliable performance of enterprise systems including PTC Windchill (PLM), MES, iWarranty, and legacy business applications. Collaborate with engineering, IT, and production teams to maintain connectivity between PLM, ERP, MES, and warranty systems, ensuring seamless data flow, security, and uptime.

Perform daily incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution including code checks and applying fixes or workarounds. Participate in Major/Sever Incident (MI/SI) calls for P1/P2 issues, providing technical expertise and timely updates. Review and provide solutions for Open Incidents, Requests, Problems. Coordinate daily/weekly cadence to review and update open tickets.
