At the heart of LGI's installations and technological and application deployments at customer sites, you will be an essential person in the execution of installation, upgrade, enhancement, relocation, and migration work on various customer systems. You'll also be responsible for optimizing the latest commercial version available, and for ensuring that the company's customer solutions are used to the full.

This qualified individual will become a Tools team member to support multiple tools within our program. Will manage and troubleshoot as well as plan and implement releases/patches/upgrades, update documentation, and manage (create/update/close/resolve) change/incident tickets. This role follows ITSM processes for tasks to complete installs and validations.
