This role will collaborate closely with Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) stakeholders to identify and clearly document requirements. You will proactively uncover and articulate opportunities to enhance models, leveraging advanced AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), and develop compelling business cases. You will also serve as a critical bridge between Compliance and Engineering, translating regulatory and business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Automate regulatory monitoring and reporting with Python and AI. Work with teams to anticipate regulatory demands and build tech solutions. Analyze regulatory developments in finance and payments, proposing technical solutions. Implement AI for document analysis and process optimization. Support initiatives like Open Banking and PIX. Build KPIs and enhance compliance programs using AI.

Draft minor and medium complexity legal documents, such as defense statements, replies, and appeals. Perform daily monitoring of judicial and administrative proceedings. Rigorously comply with procedural deadlines. Participate in initial and conciliation hearings and conduct jurisprudential research to support defense theses. Assist senior lawyers in preparing legal opinions and strategies.
