We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Legal Intern to support our Chief Legal Counsel and legal team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to real-world legal work, including gaining knowledge on laws, regulations and policies affecting clean transportation, funding award applications, contract review, legal research, and writing. You’ll contribute to projects that directly impact our business operations.

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts including supplier agreements, affiliate/partner agreements, white-label deals, software and licensing contracts, and NDAs; Collaborate with procurement, marketing, finance, and product teams to support day-to-day business operations. Support regulatory audits and ongoing license maintenance.

As a Corporate Counsel at Ensono, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal counsel to support both tactical and strategic business initiatives. This position involves working closely with various departments to ensure compliance with legal standards and to facilitate smooth corporate transactions. Drive commercial transactions to closure efficiently and prudently.
