Provide senior support to Global Corporate leadership, taking responsibility for the management of various corporate & commercial strategic initiatives and projects. You will assist the M&A team, work with internal and external stakeholders to protect the intellectual property rights of the organization, and advise the Product team on commercial and legal matters.

Real is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. This role will be integral in managing legal support activities related to joint ventures, compliance, title services, and administrative functions in a fast-paced, remote environment. The Paralegal will be supporting legal team members with critical tasks and ensuring the proper handling of highly sensitive and confidential materials.

This position partners with key stakeholders to provide actionable guidance to ensure compliance with U.S. regulations while enabling successful international business activities. Overall activities include handling of internal and external customer compliance trade requests, processing of documentation related to US imports, free trade agreement solicitation and analysis and other trade compliance related matters.

The Contracts Manager develops pre- and post-award contract deliverables for Phase I-IV clinical trials. This role provides accountability for the contract development process, collaborating with global operational review teams. Independently analyses budgets, communicates with relevant departments, and coordinates budget revisions as needed.
