Rula is seeking a licensed mental health professional to fill an open role as a Patient Programs Specialist reporting into our Clinical team. The Specialist actively resolves questions, investigates clinical risk situations and adverse events, and addresses clinical grievances. This role leverages strong clinical knowledge to promote patient safety, regulatory compliance, and best practices in care delivery.

As a Seven Starling Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy, for clients navigating the perinatal journey. This is a part‑time salaried position, expected to average approximately 25-30 hours per week, with flexibility based on organizational needs and deliverables.

The Clinical Manager will lead and inspire a high-performing clinical team who provides critical mental health support across our 24/7 Mental Health Crisis services, Critical Incident Response, and other longitudinal clinical programs in this full-time remote role. They will be responsible for the operational health, quality, and team performance across services that often run nights and weekends.

Working with Meru Health as a Remote 1099 Therapist  fully licensed in CA , you will be part of a mission to make mental health care more holistic, effective, accessible and outcome-driven. Facilitate 40–50 minute intake calls and brief program check-ins via Zoom. Support participants in our 12-week digital program through secure clinical chat (approx. 10–15 minutes per participant per week).

Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth. Conduct intakes, assessments, and client-driven treatment plans. Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, peer clinicians, and supervisory team. Maintain timely, accurate notes in our EHR. Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination. Target 15-36 sessions/week.

Provide teletherapy services to students across Georgia. Play a key role in delivering high-quality care while collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure student success. Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students within our school district partnerships. Build trusted relationships with students and their families. Collaborate closely with school counselors and other providers to support student mental health. Provide psychoeducation and guidance to parents/caregivers.

Clinical Supervisors ensure high-quality care delivery, provider development, and compliance while driving organizational growth and transformation. They mentor, lead, and act as accountability partners for the clinicians they oversee. The role includes providing supervision, auditing documentation, monitoring compliance, tracking performance, and collaborating with various teams.
