The Professional Services Operations Leader serves as a strategic partner responsible for driving operational excellence, scalability, and business transformation across GitLab's global Professional Services organization. This role reports to the Sr. Director, CS Strategy and Ops Brittney Sinq and represents operational execution and strategy within the Professional Services Leadership Team.
The Vice President of Operations and Automations provides strategic leadership and drives operational excellence across Growth, Delivery, IT, and Business Services for Nava’s rapidly scaling professional services organization. The incumbent centers delivery success and designs, runs, and adapts our operations to be efficient, scalable, and enable all delivery teams to thrive even as their needs change. They transform operational capabilities through innovative automation strategies.
Lead a team of Program Managers embedded within our Ops & Strategy team to shape Product Support's approach to AI and automation tooling, infrastructure, and strategic planning. You’ll bring structure without slowing momentum, accelerate execution across teams, and help us reimagine how we prioritize, communicate, and lead through change in an increasingly intelligent and automated environment. This role will directly manage a team of program managers.
