Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Product Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of product development and operations within Experian Health. This involves coordinating teams, optimizing processes, and driving the delivery of products to market. The specialist is a liaison between different departments, facilitating communication, streamlining processes, and providing valuable insights to enhance product development and customer experience.

The Personalized Support Manager is responsible for the performance of Twilio’s products. The Manager in this role collaborates with Engineering, Supportability, Product, Readiness and other cross functional teams to enable customers and Technical Account Managers. You will lead a team of Technical Account Managers who are the designated technical contacts for Twilio’s strategic customers.
