The Manager, Operations will lead a motivated team, support volunteer leaders, and drive the delivery of Team Rubicon Services and capabilities while managing resources, finances, and personnel issues. This position requires a detailed understanding of all specific functions within the Operations Department and expertise in planning, mobilization, and demobilization operations.

The Operations Specialist provides operational support for the ACO, including preparing materials, coordinating events, and assisting in designing reports. They support the Market President / Executive Director and field team on special projects, data requests and other program reporting requirements.
