Lead safety strategy and execution across our in-home care workforce. Develop and oversee programs that improve the safety of our Care Professionals (CPs) and clients in the home environment. Reduce workplace injuries, improve reporting and prevention systems, and managing the full lifecycle of workers’ compensation cases, working with operations, clinical, people, legal, and product teams.
This is a transformational role as 360Learning will be re-inventing the sales process for Enterprise customers. You will coach a team of 5-10 consultants, primarily including Solution Delivery Managers (SDMs). Your mission includes supporting Sales to present our PS offering, engaging with customer executive sponsors, and managing onboarding projects across North America.
As International Country Manager - Canada, you will play a critical role in helping grow Justworks’ footprint internationally by supporting the International team in operationalizing and running our Canadian business. You will contribute to continuously solidifying our international capabilities and infrastructure as we grow in Canada, facilitating a greater depth of services and operational capacity that enables us to serve a larger population of employees in EOR markets.
