• Lead the creation, development, and implementation of test strategies, concepts, and plans for complex enterprise applications.
• Plan, control, and monitor all testing activities across the entire project lifecycle, coordinating developers, testers, and external providers.
• Conduct risk analyses, manage defect tracking and escalation, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Deeply collaborate with the Underwriting Engineering team on new features, from test planning to release sign-off.
• Partner with Product Managers to prioritize testing, clarify requirements, and coordinate Business Acceptance Testing.
• Work closely with SDETs to expand automated test coverage and collaborate with manual QA engineers on cross-team projects.
