We’re hiring a full-time, remote Nurse Practitioner to support Medicare and Medicaid members, focusing on Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, risk adjustment, and HEDIS care gap closure. You’ll handle preventive and risk-based virtual visits, including Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, risk adjustment documentation, HEDIS gap closures, and HCC and ICD-10/CPT II coding, all from home, Monday through Friday.
