CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior 3Cs Engineer to implement and fine-tune camera, player movement, and control systems for Project Sirius. The ideal candidate can work across disciplines with design, art, and engineering teams to implement high-fidelity gameplay. Lead backend development for the product team, ensuring alignment with company-wide engineering standards. Translate product objectives into actionable technical plans and milestones. Build and maintain scalable Django REST applications and well-documented APIs. You’ll act as the most senior backend engineer in the team, mentoring other developers, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring that our backend systems are performant and maintainable.

Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable solutions for experimentation and data-driven products, focusing on usability and maintainability. Collaborate with senior engineers on architectural decisions impacting system scalability. Lead limited scope features from definition to deployment. Work with product managers, data scientists, and designers to implement features and iterate on functionality.

CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Senior Engineer to work on Cyberpunk 2, the follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077. You will become part of the Team responsible for developing Streaming solutions and optimizations. You'll be working with the team using Unreal Engine 5 and collaborating with engineers and artists to breathe life into our titles.
