Design resilient and scalable solutions using EasyPost's core API. Spearhead complex changes to eCommerce integration systems, focusing on scalability and reliability. Enable the consolidation of technologies across full-stack teams, supporting the transition to a standard tech stack.

• Building features and improving performance in the applications.
• Frontend engineering within our mobile (React Native) and web app (React).
• Backend engineering within our backend services (AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, GraphQL, RDS).

This role involves hands-on design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions. You will work on multi-agent systems, workflow automation, and AI integration across business processes. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Work on Proof of Concept (PoC) design and development to advance novel and exciting solutions. Communicate with customers on system requirements and propose innovative technical solutions. Support integration into customers systems.

• Lead the Video and Ads Engineering teams, focusing on people management and project delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to improve code quality, reliability, and user experience.
• Drive the professional development of direct reports, offering coaching and mentorship.
