As a Senior Staff Product Designer – AI, you will be a cross-organizational design leader driving the vision, strategy, and design excellence behind how 1Password harnesses artificial intelligence responsibly and securely. You’ll operate at the intersection of product, platform, and organizational design — defining cohesive AI experience strategies that span multiple product areas and influence the company’s approach to trustworthy, privacy-aware AI. We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of work experience in the SaaS arena, always focused on the needs of the end user. As part of cross-functional teams that own and manage different products, you will work with product managers, engineers and other designers relying heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

This role is open to candidates with 2+ years of full-time experience, ranging from early-career to senior levels. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Design, Staff Product Designer, Product Manager, and Engineers to enhance user conversion, usability, and delight across our web and mobile products.
