Lead and grow the React Native team, setting clear expectations and supporting individual development. Own mobile domains end-to-end, including architecture, development, QA, and long-term maintenance. Design, build, and maintain iOS/Android features in our React Native app, ensuring correctness and scalability.

• Own Alt’s flagship mobile application and its user-facing product.
• Lead the React Native platform across build systems, deployments, CI/CD, performance, reliability, and developer experience.
